1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of defective products, missing items, or other valid reasons.
We do not offer refunds for items the customer no longer wants without cause.

2. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the original payment method.

3. Return Window
If a return is approved, the product must be returned to Korea within 15 days of receiving the package. The customer needs to pay the shipping fee itself.

4. Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that original payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
